All plan customer service functions are routed through a central staff of Care Coordinators who help direct patients to the most efficient healthcare resource and get lab results and other information to the right place at the right time. Over the past five years, Coordinated Health/Care has held employers' cost trend to less than 5% without cutting benefits or shifting cost, one third the national trend for similar groups.
