*Registration fee covers all sessions, continental breakfasts and lunches Wednesday through Friday and receptions

Note: Outside vendors of plan services are not permitted to register. Attendance by vendors, insurers and third party
administrators of plan services is strictly limited to sponsors of the conference.
Cancellation/Substitutions Policy: Cancellations received by September 3, 2010, will be assessed a $250 administrative fee. After that date,
the registration fee is not refundable but is transferable one time only to a conference within one year for a fee of $100.
Requests to transfer must be received no later than October 4, 2010. Substitutions can be made at any time and should be
submitted in writing.
