Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing and received four weeks prior to the start date of
the program. A service fee of $300 will be assessed. For cancellations received within four weeks of the program's start date, the registration fee is not refundable but is transferable one time only to a future program within a one-year time period. The following transfer fees would apply:
Transfers received between one and four weeks prior to the program start date will incur a $50 charge while transfers received within one week of the program start date are assessed a $300 charge. Participants will also be responsible for any tuition increase (if applicable). Substitutions may be made at any time. Cancellations, transfers and substitutions must be made in writing and submitted to:
