Cancellations and Substitutions
Cancellations must be made in writing and received four weeks prior to the start date of the program. A service fee of $300 will be assessed. For cancellations received at least seven days prior to the program’s start date, the registration fee is not refundable but is transferable one time only to a future conference within a one-year time frame. The following transfer fees would apply:

Transfers received at least seven days prior to the program start date: $50
Transfers received six days or less from the program start date: $300

Participants will also be responsible for any tuition increase (if applicable).

Substitutions can be made at any time. Cancellations, transfers and substitutions must be made in writing and submitted to:
