University Conference Services, known for its top-rated conferences— the Mid-Sized Retirement & Pension Plan Management Conferences® and the Health and Welfare Plan Management for Mid-Sized Employers® conferences—has combined the two programs into a single platform for 2012:  the Mid-Sized Retirement & Healthcare Plan Management Conferences. 

UCS and The University of North Carolina’s nationally renowned Kenan-Flagler Business School continue their longstanding partnership with the introduction of this new conference series.  Both are committed to providing high-quality executive education programs for human resource, benefits, finance and other professionals who have responsibility for managing employer-sponsored benefits programs. 

Patterned after the success of our two previous conference series, each of the four 2012 Mid-Sized Retirement & Healthcare Plan Management Conferences features an expansive schedule of workshops as well as keynote sessions by industry leaders who offer strategic insights into trends, changes and innovation in retirement and healthcare benefits.

UCS first produced the Mid-Sized Retirement & Pension Plan Management Conferences in 1993 to meet the educational needs of those responsible for managing or administering 401(k), pension, profit sharing, 403(b), 457 or retirement savings plans.  In 1999, UCS introduced a complementary series of conferences— Health and Welfare Plan Management for Mid-Sized Employers— for executives and administrators managing self-funded and/or fully insured health and welfare plans.  Both series consistently earned high approval ratings from attendees:  99% of those surveyed indicated they would recommend our conferences to a colleague.  The Mid-Sized Retirement & Healthcare Plan Management Conferences build on that tradition of excellence.
