The Las Vegas Mid-Sized Retirement & Healthcare Plan Management Conference, held September 9-12 at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, earned high marks and the overwhelming approval of the benefits, HR and finance executives who attended. In more than 40 workshops and five plenary-level sessions, attendees heard from experts and innovators who shared practical, experience-based ideas on how to manage employer-sponsored retirement and healthcare plans more effectively.
Keynote speaker Dallas Salisbury, President and CEO of EBRI got first day off to a great start with his thought-provoking presentation, The Future of Employee Benefits in an Era of Budget Austerity. Later that afternoon, Scott Coopersmith, Vice President-Participant Communications for Diversified Investment Advisors, offered his insights into how employers can help employees save for an adequate retirement with his presentation titled Louder Than Words: Actions That Support Successful Retirement Outcomes.
