| CANCELLATIONS/SUBSTITUTIONS Cancellations received by March 2, 2012, will be assessed a $250 administrative fee. After that date, the registration fee is non-refundable, but is transferable one time only to a conference within one year for a fee of $100. Requests to transfer must be received no later than March 16, 2012. Substitutions can be made at any time and must be submitted in writing. | |
